Why I’m Running

I believe a small school district can be an extraordinary school district. Our size gives us the opportunity to know our students, support our educators, and respond thoughtfully to the needs of our community. We can achieve academic excellence for every student while creating an environment where talented educators want to build their careers and stay. To do that, we must prioritize responsible management, fiscal solvency, and transparency, ensuring our resources are directed where they matter most: toward our children and their education. Special education must be a top priority, with the support, resources, and services every student deserves. 

Where trust has been strained, we must be willing to listen, communicate openly, acknowledge challenges, and work together to rebuild it. Our district has tremendous potential. 

With students, teachers, and community working together, we can turn that potential into an extraordinary future. 

I ask for your vote so that I can bring this commitment to the school board and work alongside our students, teachers, families, and community to make our schools the very best they can be. Together, we can make an extraordinary school district a reality. Thank you for your support.
